Upon arrival tenant notified that the bottom of the toilet had been leaking after she flushed it. When I flushed the guest toilet there was gurgling noise coming from the master bathroom toilet which was directly behind. I first ran my auger through the toilet to clear out what I thought was a potential soft clog. After a while of using my auger I decided to pull the toilet. I ran my camera down the flange and could not see anything visible, due to the poor visibility. I then went on the roof and ran my camera down the vent. I was able to locate my camera at the septic tank. I reinstalled the toilet with a new wax ring. I flushed both toilets and was not having any back ups. What I believe the issue is, is that the leech lines have failed and need to be replaced. I believe that is the issue because I was told by the tenant that the septic tank had been pump and the company told her that there were a lot of roots inside the septic tank.
