Performed maintenance on Amana system installed by Total Air in 2020. Cleared drain line and cleaned condensation pump. Replaced air filter and cleaned louvered door for closet containing the indoor unit. Biological growth present inside supply ductwork plenum and clients have bad allergies. Recommended installing a UV light to eliminate the growth and protect the unit which clients will consider at a later time. Removed leaves from outdoor unit and rinsed outdoor coils. Electrical components and refrigerant levels good at this time. Clients not interested in membership as they are offered a tuneup special every year and see no value having it. Collected 39 for tuneup. Job complete.
