Customer concerned about unit not cooling. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Thermostat set to off position. The thermostat is working properly and inspected wiring. Restart and set to cool on thermostat. Checked blower motor operation and inspected condenser unit operation. Unit is running and cooling properly. Recommend 1 yr Taps membership preventative maintenance inspections Customer approved for Taps membership. Gave customer new membership folder.
