Upon arrival customer told me the ac was not working and she saw ice on the package unit and shut the system off. The compressor side of the package unit was working good. I found a run capacitor blown apart. That why the fan was not running. Installed a new run capacitor and unit came right on. Restored ac to home. The package unit is led so I recommend replacement but customer declined at this time. Talked to customer about join are maintenance program and customer declined. Could not get equipment information. Service call was waived per Tabatha
