Inspected air handlers for biological growth (biological growth is present) inspected blower wheels. Inspected evaporator coils. Calibrated and tested thermostats. Cycled heating. Took amperage of indoor motors and heat strips. Cycled cooling. Tested float safeties. Took temperature difference. Located condensers on side of houses Inspected and tightened electrical. Checked capacitors. Cleared debris from condenser housing. Rinsed condenser coils. Checked refrigerant pressures. Took amperage of compressor and outdoor motor. Set up comfort advisor to come out for the master and main units. Highly recommend replacing game room unit in the near future. Unit in game room mechanically runs great but only produces and 10 degree split. Maintenance Agreement.
