Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival I found that the drain line was 100% impacted. I waived the trip charge and turned the call into a maintenance. I did collect for the chemical clean due to the amount of build up. Added solvent followed by 3 gallons of hot water. Vacuumed drain clear from outdoor port. I did clear the 1st floor drain as well. Checked all electronics and motor components. Checked filter. Tested float switch. Coil and blower are clean. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures. Took amp draws. Tested capacitor. Spoke with client about surge protection as well as the iFlo. Equipment is operating properly at this time. Temperature will drop at about 1 degree per hour.
