Performed maintenance on two Rheem systems installed in 2015 by another company. Cleared and treated both drain lines. Replaced air filters for both systems. Installed an Elite UV light system into each indoor unit for 339.15 each to control bio growth and protect the condo. Applied sanitizer to both indoor units. Electrical components and refrigerant levels good at this time and both systems running well upon departure. Total collected is 678.30 Job complete.
