The system is completely empty of refrigerant. The system is old (2003) and they’re selling the house. We talked about options of performing the leak check, if it’s repairable and recharge with R427A. I gave them a quote. I highly recommend replacing the system due to age, cost of repair and a new system w/ warranties will up the value of the house. Estimate is scheduled for tomorrow 11 - 1 time frame. They informed me they want the cheapest system possible.
