Water leak, found system doesn’t have a Primary Safety float switch, drain is clogged, indoor coil is dirty and blower wheel has accumulated some smoke dirt, filter looks like it hasn’t been ever changed, quoted initially for a Semi annual maintenance membership so I could perform one today also to install a safety switch for the drain, in place coil cleaning, quote was accepted, vacuumed and flushed drain was full of gunk and installed drain safety float switch, vacuumed and brushed indoor coil and sprayed it with evaporator coil cleaner, cleaned blower wheel, washed outdoor coil and checked components, checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures, checked voltage and amperage, checked capacitors, found quick disconnect box needs to be replaced, someone installed copper tubes instead of fuses inside it and it’s a safety hazardous condition, quoted for a new quick disconnect option was accepted and we will return on Friday between 12-2pm to install it.
