Called out today to perform a precision tune up. Checked all electronics and motor compartments to ensure equipment Is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Checked filter. Cleared drain line. Made client aware that the evaporator coil is heavily impacted. I gave options for a one time cleaning and a permanent solution through an electronic air cleaner. The investment of the electronic air cleaner comes with an evaporator coil cleaning in place. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Tested float switch. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures. Took amp draws. Tested capacitor. Removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out. Vacuumed drain line clear from outside port.
