Technician removed 6.2 pounds of 410 a, installed new filter dryer. Upon disassembly of air handler to change out TXV found TXB sensing bulb inaccessible along with bypass. Plastic condensation pan for multi position within 1/2 inch of braze spot. Cannot Brazil without melting pan and weakening aluminum coil. Informed office, office to source new coil with txv installed then tech can return and install. Client informed of price adjustment required. Ah is being used as fan only currently. Installed new TXV along with new coil, reattached existing condensation lines, reinstalled safety switch, factory charge system with 5.6 pounds of 410 A, system is at the current factory recommended sub cooling of 11°. This unit is operational at this time.
