Complete quoted repairs. I performed a pull and clean on the evaporator coil. I removed the coil and used the pressure washer to rinse and added expandable foam coil cleaner. I removed all dirt, dust and debris. I installed the coil back in place and performed (2) tests. I filled the system up with 200 psi of nitrogen to ensure no leaks to the system. I also ran a vacuum on the line-set to ensure it is clean. I performed a wire repair as well. The existing low voltage wire was deteriorated and unsecured. I spliced the wire from the line-set cover into the unit so this wire is new. I zip tied the wire to the bottom of the line-set to help prevent damage from the sun. Cycle and inspect equipment. Left system in working order. Customer had a thermostat arrive just in time for me to install after repairs were made. I wired and programmed the thermostat properly. Me and the customer set up the app. I tested the system in all modes. Thermostat is good to go.
