The air filter pan is held on by tape only. And within less then a week it breaks off causing it to fall off the unit. I called the customer service line and the agent I spoke with advised in order to have someone come out and fix the air pan it would be not same day and I would be charged an overtime rate. I asked since I just paid 6k for the unit to be installed would that be covered since it’s due to the installation and they advised I would have to speak with the technician when they come out. In addition the A/C tech who did the installation told me the wrong filter size and it’s clear as day it’s 16 per the manual. The A/C wrote in sharpie the wrong size on the pan and then stuck with heavy duty tape the owner manual which now my brand new unit has tape reside all over it. I am not a happy customer and am shocked at the poor installation and customer service.
