First of all the office staff is a breath of Total FRESH Air”…lol. No, but seriously they were calling to update me on the time the tech would arrive & they were SO nice! Then the tech came & thoroughly checked everything. He explained everything along the way & left me with tips on how to keep up my AC unit. The presentation was very excellent.
