I performed a tune up. I checked pressures, electrical components and flushed drain line with cleaner.. The blower wheel is impacted with growth and the air handler is contaminated with growth. The evap coil is dirty at air handler. The condenser is corroded from the salt in the air. The contactor is pitted/ burnt. I went over on what going on. We discussed different options. The office will call to set up appointment to give an estimate on mini splits which they are very interested in.
