Kudos to Cristina C! She was so efficient, diagnosed the problem & explained everything to me. She returned with the part the next day & fixed my washing machine. Again, she was so efficient & fixed my washing machine in nothing flat. I was so happy to have my washing machine working again. Cristina C, is a very dedicated hard worker who knows her stuff. In a world where you don't have too many female technicians, Cristina C nails it. Not only that, she provided excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Cristina C. She is definitely an asset to the company. Do I think she deserves a raise/bonus? Most definitely!
