Our tech Jorge promptly diagnosed the problem with our gas oven and ordered the part prior to leaving. The part arrived promptly and the follow up visit to install was timely. Communication was excellent, including a phone call with enough time for me to meet Jorge at the property. Once installed the oven was tested and works perfectly. Another great experience with Appliance Works, our go-to repair company!

Matt did a great job investigating a leak in a built in. For sure thought I was going to have to schedule another appointment to get the builtin pulled out but Matt kept investigating until he found a leak. Then he was able to fix it by bypassing the leaky part of the line. Really good work.
