Cristina did a wonderful job on our oven. She diagnosed the problem and fixed it. She did drop the oven door while putting it back on and there is damage to our cabinet. She might not have seen it, so she did not address it with us.

Chris was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem and corrected the dishwasher issue. He then took a look at the dryer to ensure the heating element and switches were functioning properly. We will continue to use Appliance Works and we will ask for Chris. He did an outstanding job without leaving a mess.

Before contacting Appliance works I reached out to several companies all of which were either rude, wanted payment before showing up or showed up only to say they couldn’t fix the problem and still charge me. From the beginning Bonnie on the phone was very nice and listened to me vent about past companies. She went above and beyond to reach out to the technician Christina to double check this was an issue they could repair. When Christina showed up she was very friendly and explained what the problem was and answered all my questions. I will 100% be using them again for any appliance issue I may have in the future.
