Steve M. was fast courteous and SMART. He got in and figured the issue out (and it was a complicated / non standard issue) and got the part ordered ASAP. Everything was clean and tidy when he left and he promptly returned a few days later with the part. Second visit same as the first. He was in and out fast with minimal interruption to work from home environment. Left the work area cleaner than it was when he got there. Great Guy!

Service person, Riley, came to look at a dishwasher that seemed to have an issue. As soon as Riley entered home and identified the dishwasher, he immediately told my wife that they don't work on the brand (Samsung) we own. The company was informed of what brand, and the issue. We've used Appliance Works in the past and have never had any issues with them until now. Rating before this encounter was 5 star. At least we weren't charged for the service call.

We apologize for any confusion. While we do work on most models of Samsung dishwasher, we do not work on waterwall ones. This is due to how they are manufactured. Unfortunately in your situation that information was missed, so we apologize that you were upset that we were not able to repair it.
