I called and left a message last night (Sunday) that my dishwasher wasn’t working. Christina was here by 1 pm Monday to diagnose my problem. She was professional and friendly. The part I need has to be ordered so it wasn’t fixed today. I am pleased with the service I have received so far it’s been a good experience.

Cristina arrived well prepared and ready to get to work, she was very professional and prepared. She explained what she was going to do to diagnose my problem, explain what needed to be done and explain my options. In a very short time she had completed her work and Wes on her way. Cristina was a pleasure to work with and would recommend her to everyone. On a side note I refuse to rate the “cost / pricing” in the ratings below other than the fact that the service & labor charges were in line, fair & competitive.
