Daniel has helped us with our appliance issues for about a year now. His positive energy, friendliness, and knowledge are so appreciated. We just had an issue with our freezer and he knew without evening looking at it what the issue was. He was in and out in no time and eased our worries. Daniel honestly needs a raise or some form of monetary recognition. He’s such an asset to the company. :-)

I was advised that I needed a thermostat fuse and that the cause was blocked air vents. I mentioned on both visits (repairman did not have the part with him on first visit) that I had had the vents cleaned out within the last year and asked if it could be something else since it is an older dryer and on both times I was told that it could only be that. I just had the dryer vent person here who could tell right away by the way it was very hot when running on the air setting that it was not the vents. (the vents were fairly cleaned out). The Appliance Works technician did not even bother to check anything else
