Appliance Works was the second company I tried contacting for my repair. They we very responsive. Our technician, Todd, was timely, communicated clearly, and did great work. Our repair did require a second visit, which they did with no issues. Really pleased with their service and will be calling them again with future appliance repair needs.

These days good customer service is hard to come by. Todd exceeded my expectations by not only being professional but also being friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent. It was nice to have a professional that knew immediately what the problem was and the solution. Todd was very transparent with pricing and gave me the cost of the parts and labor upfront. I feel for many of us laymen...appliance failures can be a scary unknown but having a person that can reassure a customer that something can be fixed or that there is a workaround is priceless.
