Although the survey is addressed to Bennie, the work was actually for me, Ramon Escudero, Bennie's father-in-l;aw. I do not recall seeing a tech so organized. Christina quickly saw what was wrong and did not fumble around getting what she needed. My wife is not fluent in English and Christina explained what was wrong and how to prevent it in future in Spanish. It did not take her long to finish. Your company is blessed to have such an employee.

Our 2yr old dryer has been nothing short of a lemon. One year after the warranty was up it started breaking down.. Cristina has come out and several times. Each time her diagnosis and repair solved the issue. But as lemon appliances go it would beak down again. Appliance Works had been amazing to work with! Scheduling is easy and they can get to you rather quickly - sane week. Everyone i have talked to on the phone has always been courteous and efficient. Our repair tech Cristina has always come during the window hiven and called to let us know she's on her way. She is courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The dryer is fixed for good! The pricing for Appliance Works services is beyond fair. Highly recommend them to anyone need appliance repair.
