NEED TO ADD AN HOUR LABOR ON THIS JOB FOR GEORGE ON 9/20/24 Scheduled with Ela 347-772-6334 The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: Broiler not covered by fire system. Need to add protection to broiler. Fryer not covered properly by nozzle and protruding outside of hood. (Fryer must be removed or appliance line adjusted to fit the Fryer under hood. Appliance must be within 6 inches inside the hood on each side. Price to repair coverage to Fryer is not included on this quote.) Shelf over both six burner ranges blocking nozzles. Lack of detection over Fryer. (Confires cannot add detection until Fryer is properly under the hood. Price to repair coverage to Fryer is not included on this quote.) Gas valve failed to close upon system activation. Need to investigate. Nozzles over Range are not centered and need to be re-piped.
Customer has a trouble on panel that reads: Hood Range. Alarm tech said it is something they cannot fix and advised the customer to call us to investigate.
