I came back from vacation on a Monday with a note that we had failed an inspection by the local fire department. One of our emergency lights wasn't working and we were missing some inspection reports. I called Confires and got the reports within 5 minutes (thank you Brett!) and by Wednesday morning the light problem was fixed. The tech, Patrick, was quick and efficient. The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: JERSEY DEVIL BBQ 113 HOOD #3: Need to redo the piping on this system. It has quarter inch piping that is not allowed per code. Will need to redo with 3/8 pipe. Two Fryers is not covered and will need to add additional coverage. Also, quarter inch piping above all fryers need to redo. (Replace with 2-230 Nozzles) The link line has old style links and will need to replace with newer style link. Need four links for the system. You will need 4-230 sizzler links.
