Scheduled with Gus 973-335-7770 The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance Customer upgraded system Char broiler, fryer lack detection and need to additional detection above griddle. Piping penetration into hood lack seals. MATERIAL NEEDED: System needs 1 link over CB. Need to add 5-1/2” quick seals for nozzle drops. 1-1/2” EMT quick seal for link line . Must access above hood over shroud. Top of shroud is 10’ off floor. Shroud is riveted, cannot take apart, must go up and over. Also needs micro switch connected to shut down make up air.
