Bill was here yesterday to investigate the frequent trouble alarms due to ground fault issue. He told me that there is a problem with the manufacturer of the panel. We are waiting to hear when they will replace the panel with a new one. This panel is still under warrantee. What is the current status?

Once again, Confire came to service the sprinkler system; specifically riser 4. Bill McCool and Bill Meile came and they now assure me that the problem is fixed. I guess we have to wait and see.

When he is here Bill does great work, but we have been waiting months for the duct detectors to be completed. Now we are waiting weeks for a quote to replace a dry valve in our sprinkler system. I'm also waiting for a quote to replace the relief valve in the sprinkler system in building 51. Why does it take so long for a written quote?

Roland Velastegui provided an excellent phenomenal service. He evaluated, monitored, detected, and finally resolved a notification issue that our fire alarm system had. Also move closer together. System not connected to building alarm. ***NOTE*** Electrical under hood needs to shut down upon system activation. Customer will need to hire an Electrician to address this issue.

Need to relocate below shelf and replace with 31L nozzles or customer must remove shelf. Kitchen lacks k class fire extinguisher.
