Checked and made sure the equipment are in operational and up to date.
The gentleman that came for our extinguisher inspection was very accommodating and took his time for explanations.
We found out earlier this week we were due for our 12year inspection on the fire suppression system in our fellowship hall kitchen and two days later they came and got everything squared away! They are always very courteous and quick to take care of anything we need!
Dave, the technician, was very nice and polite, even though I was in a rush trying to keep the alarms from going off while the pre-school was napping! So that was great--he was patient! He also clearly explained the condition of the equipment he was inspecting and what we needed to do to fix a few things. I was impressed with Dave and his crew and would be happy to work with them again.
John came to do the quarterly inspection. He waited to until we had our system put in test and was quickly done!
After a sprinkler inspection they noticed some out of date gauges, and quickly scheduled an appointment to fix them. They kept me up to date with when they would be arriving and were in and out when they got here!
