John Reaves was professional and competent and inspected the fire extinguishers unfortunately he was not able to replacement units that needed to be replaced and so a second trip will need to be made to replace the extinguishers.

We found out earlier this week we were due for our 12year inspection on the fire suppression system in our fellowship hall kitchen and two days later they came and got everything squared away! They are always very courteous and quick to take care of anything we need!

Dave, the technician, was very nice and polite, even though I was in a rush trying to keep the alarms from going off while the pre-school was napping! So that was great--he was patient! He also clearly explained the condition of the equipment he was inspecting and what we needed to do to fix a few things. I was impressed with Dave and his crew and would be happy to work with them again.
