Garage door was not opening for customer. Quick diagnosis showed that the springs were broken. Did a full inspection of the door noticed that some other parts like cables and bottom brackets were rusting out as well as rust was transferring to rollers. Once the work was completed and parts were replaced the door balanced out properly. The door rolled as if it was just installed recently.
