Customer had purchased new remotes and did not know how to program them up to the opener, she did schedule an appointment with us so we can come out and program them to the openers for her. Once both remotes were programmed up to the openers and everything is working properly. The customer is happy that she had some wireless devices she can keep in her car that would operate the door whenever she needed it to.
