Customer called us and scheduled an appointment because one of their garage doors were sitting crooked, once I arrived on site it was observed from the driveway. One of the doors was in fact, crooked, during my inspection I had diagnosed the crooked door as a cable that had rusted out because the bottom fixture had rusted out. I typed up two estimates for the customer customer move forward with one of those estimates, once I had all parts placed and leveled in the doors the doors had operated up and down smoothly, flawlessly, and as they should.
