Service call was scheduled because the door was not closing. When I got on site, I did find that the cable had dumped, but during further investigation I found that the cable actually rusted out. Customer then told me that they forced the door open but could not close it. Cables, rollers, and bottom brackets were replaced. Once those parts were replaced, everything had operated flawlessly.
