Galled mid morning with a broken garage door spring. They were able to replace the spring mechanism and cables on my Ideal garage door (from Menards) after I was told spring would be 3 weeks out (by Menards). Dusty was very polite, explained the process well and differences in what Menards sells and whe is industry standard. Much better to have the cars secured in the garage rather than parked outside, cheaper than a stolen Cat! Very glad I called them!
