Customer called for a broken spring, arrived on site did my inspection and found that the spring was broken as well as cables and bottom brackets were rusting out as well. Had an estimate typed up for the customer with the recommended part replacement. Customer authorized. Once all the parts were replaced, the door operated smoothly and efficiently up and down.
