Customer called because they were having issues opening up their door, once I was able to inspect the door. I found that a spring was broken as well as cables and bottom brackets were rusting out. I went over options with the customer as for the parts Customer like the sound of lifetime warranty parts so I did replace those parts for the Customer as well as the spring. Once all the work was done and the parts were replaced, the door had operated smoothly and flawlessly every time.
