Customer called and scheduled an appointment because their door was not sitting level. When I got on site did my inspection and notice the cable had rusted out because the bottom bracket that the cable attaches to had rusted out. Recommended replacement of cables and bottom brackets. Once all work was performed door had operated smoothly and in a level fashion.
