Ultimate Heating Tune-Up Heat Pump: serviced and inspected heat pump system, including electrical, safeties, controls, reversing valve and defrost cycle to manufacturer specifications. Found upstairs unit fan, not to be running when it should be running. I had to call Tech Support to figure out why it wasn’t on when it was supposed to be on. Turns out the board inside the outdoor unit is bad and must be replaced. I pulled the service disconnect to stop any other issues from happening with any of the other components inside.
