We have a “learning” HVAC system that can be quite complicated. The company we hired to install it tried to turn off its learning mode in order to make it easier to maintain. In doing so, they botched the install and created a maintenance nightmare. We switched to Comfort Central because they knew how our system was designed to operate and quickly corrected the installation problems.
