Customer States: Main level kitchen sink is leaking underneath when used. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with a leak occurring under the right side kitchen sink when used. **CM 04/04/2024** Customer stated: They had a leaking sink, and a leaking bathtub. Tech notes: We were called out today to look at a leaking sink and a leaking bathtub. While on site, I found both issues are located in the hall bathroom. The 19 inch top mounted sink looked as if someone took a sawzaw to it, and cut a gash in the over flow drain that is plastic. The leaking coming from the bathtub wasn’t actually coming from the bathtub, the leak is coming from the corroded tank to bowl bolts. The bolts are unable to be removed from the toilet. The toilet will need to be replaced. Resolution: We will need to replace the 19”-20” porcelain sink once sink Bain is ordered. The toilet has been replaced tested, and functioning properly as it should. While replacing the toilet we found that the flange was cracked, and in need of replacement as well. We were able to successfully remove the existing pvc toilet flange, and replace it with new flange.

Customer stated: they had a leaking toilet. Tech notes: Called out today to look at a leaking toilet. While on site I found the hallway toilet was leaking around the base and partially backing up into the bathtub. There is no clog as everything in the toilet is draining but water is backing up into the tub next to it. I pulled the toilet to try replace the wax ring and found the flang was completely snapped in two with a metal flang repair kit on it. The repair kit does not do justice for the toilet because of the ear of the flang being completely snapped and not sturdy. I put the toilet back without caulking and found the toilet rocking side to side completely. Resolution: we will need to come with a camera to inspect drains lines from powder bathroom to hall bathroom for a possible belly and we will need to replace the flang in the hall bathroom. Job status not complete. Need a return trip with camera and flange. Job notes: no clean out. Hose bibs are off. Estimates: ready t
