Your technician team led by Trevor was excellent , helpful and knowledgeable. Completed the job efficiently and completely. While like many we are still surprised at the level of pricing that professional services is costing these days, we appreciate the discount that members get; and it would be even more well received to possibly get slightly bigger discounts in the future for maintaining a membership. We had an emergency as our hot water heater flooded our basement! My Georgia Plumber was quick to answer the phone, got our information quickly and they were there within FIVE MINUTES! No kidding! 08/30/2024 Customer stated: out today to perform complementary water heater flush for member. Technician notes : upon inspection of lowboy 50 gallon water heater in crawlspace of home I saw it was a 13 year-old heater out of manufacturer warranty. Inform customer, we could not perform flush today due to age of the water heater.. Resolution/recommendations: recommend replacing 50 gallon lowboy water heater in crawlspace with new tankless Rinnai sensei water heater . Customer would like tankless unit in laundry room or on exterior wall outside of crawlspace. Job notes : please send customer estimate for replacement of 50 gallon lowboy and estimate to replace existing water heater with a tankless unit, Also built estimate to install a customer supplied toilet when customer is ready. Job status: job complete no payment due at this time.
Customer call about leak on garage ceiling I find a multiple crack on tub I recommend the customer to replace the tub I can’t give estimate now because he is not sure if he going back to a tub or shower
Called out today to preform the annual water heater flush on the tankless what we heater located in the garage Flushed out heater for 45 mins to insure the tank was properly cleaned out Flushed out the vinegar by pulling 5 gal of clean water from the tank Job is compleat Quotes are on the maintenance inspection
Customer stated: they wanted their annual plumbing inspection. Tech notes: called out today to perform an annual water heater flush. While on site I found the 50 gallon natural gas power vent is outside manufacturers warranty and can’t be flushed. I performed an inspection on the water heater and found all code required items were up to date with no leaks or drips. Resolution: completed water heater inspection and found everything functioning properly as should. Job status complete.
Called out today to perform the hole home inspection on this three bath house found no areas of concern as of yet but all three toilets will eventually need all new tank to bowl rebuild due to the way they are starting to look Everything else is in good working order Job is complete Ready to send
Customer call about smell in the basement I don’t find anything the only thing can cause smell is the lead on the pump lead put silicone around see if that go away
Customer stated: they wanted their kitchen faucet replaced. Tech notes: called out today to replace a kitchen faucet. While on site home owner had a faucet ready for me to change out. The faucet is a single handle low arc pull down faucet made by moen. Resolutio: installed the new single handle low arc moen pull down sprayer faucet in the kitchen. After replacement I turned water on and tested to find everything functioning properly as should. Job status complete Job notes: This estimate is to replace the kitchen faucet due to it leaking. I tested the water pressure and found it at 60 psi high s right where t needs to be. The faucet in the kitchen is a single handle pull down sprayer faucet.

Out tonight 8/28/24 Trevor J. & Manny Emergency after hours call. Both bathrooms in the home are backing up. Pulled clean out cap, clog is before the clean out(s) Toilets and tubs are holding sewage. Plunged the guest bathroom toilet to get drain system flowing again. Customer admitted to flushing wipes. Explained to customer there could still be an underlying issue and we recommend running a camera to inspect drain system. Master bathroom is the farthest point from the clean out in front. Drain system is working as it should after clearing clog. Job Status: Complete. Estimates: Good to send.
