They hook you into their VIP program just so they can come out and rip you off…. I’m a VIP and had just a small project that would take just a few minutes for a plumber to fix…It was something they already fixed that didn’t hold up….they quoted me 750.00 to fix something they didn’t fix right before….I’ll never use this company again…. In my opinion they’re fraudsters….

Tech notes: home has 2 bathrooms and is on a well system. Water heater is a year and a half old, water heater is electric 40 gallon. Both bathrooms have delta 2 piece toilets and moen single handle fixtures. No garbage disposal in the kitchen, the home also has a pressure tank located in the garage. Customer stated that the master bathroom tub/shower is not getting as hot as it should. Adjusted the positioning of the handle and the water is getting hot. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of a leaking 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the closet on a platform near the living room area. Existing water heater was manufactured in 2009 and has never been flushed per homeowner. Customer requested estimate to replace water heater & recirculation pump. Customer States: Leak in living room ceiling. Thinks it may be coming from a toilet in the upstairs guest bathroom. Technician Notes: Out today to investigate a leak. Upon inspection of the upstairs guest bathroom I found 3 possible areas the leak could be coming from. First place is the lavatory faucet/ tubular drain under the sink. Not current leaks but there is evidence of that cabinet swelling. Tub spout leaks from behind when used, water runs in behind wall. Water can escape past shower curtain, this would explain the water damaged/ warped trim in the bathroom corner. No leaks found from toilet in the guest bathroom. Main level powder bathroom toilet is running and needs an American Standard flush seal replaced. Resolution: Estimate created for work above.
