Your technician team led by Trevor was excellent , helpful and knowledgeable. Completed the job efficiently and completely. While like many we are still surprised at the level of pricing that professional services is costing these days, we appreciate the discount that members get; and it would be even more well received to possibly get slightly bigger discounts in the future for maintaining a membership. Just my two cents. Thank you.

Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is an American standard elongated toilet located in the basement of the home, and is wobbling in every direction with very little pressure. I presented options to start with having the toilet pulled/reset through service, and the h/o elected to move forward with repairs. Resolution/Recommendations: I was able to successfully pull the toilet, and inspect the flange, which is in good condition (not broken/damaged). I was also able to reset existing toilet with new wax ring, and bolts. I fully pressurized the system/tested for several minutes with no further issues or leaks.
TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that there is water leaking from around the neighbors landscaping bed, and is running into the neighbors driveway/yard. I made sure there was nothing running inside of the home, and found that the meter dial was not spinning at all. I checked the neighbors water meter & found that the dial is slowly spinning, and this leak is coming from the neighbors main water line or irrigation. While on site o checked the fixtures through out the home to ensure nothing was leaking/running, and found that all three toilets had the fill valves set to high, and the flappers were starting to warp into the flush valve tube which will cause water to constantly run if not fixed properly. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: The water leaking into the yard is from the next door neighbors main water line. I was able to successfully adjust all three toilet fill valves, and replace all three flappers with no issues. I fully pressurized/tested all three toilets for several m
My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Water Heater Flush. We flushed both water heaters in the home and tested everything. The customer does have an issue with the master bathroom shower not getting completely cold. The shower is a delta monitor shower valve that has a temperature adjuster on the front of the valve. We informed the customer that it will not ever get completely cold but it does feel like it’s warmer than it should be. An estimate was built for the customer but he did not want to proceed right now with the repair.

Resolution/Recommendations: We were able to successfully complete the annual water heater flush with no issues. There are no plumbing/mechanical issues for this water heater on today’s annual flush visit.
Customer Stated: They had a toilet that was clogged. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this toilet is located in the upstairs hallway guest bathroom of the home, and whenever flushed it is immediately backing up, which indicates there is something clogging the S trap of the toilet itself. Resolution/Recommendations: I was able to successfully auger/clear the toilet, and found that the cause of the clog issue was flushable wipes. I flushed the toilet several times with no further clog issues or leaks.
