Out today 8/22/24 Trevor J. Customer is gathering multiple quotes for water heater replacement. Another plumber was onsite when I pulled up provided quote. Waiving service fee. Customer is pretty certain they are going with us and want us out tomorrow. They will more than likely go with our HCC maintenance plan. Out today to look into an issue with a leaking water heater in the basement. Customer has two 50 gallon natural gas water heaters in the basement. The left side heater is off. Both units need replaced. Job Notes: Husband on work call. Unable to perform safety inspection. Inspection can be performed when we return. Job Status: Incomplete. Estimates: Good to send. 8/23/24 Ian W. Technician notes: out today to install 2 50 gallon water heaters. Upon arrival, the customer saw we brought 2 Rheem water heaters and was promised Bradford white water heaters. Customer will need to be rescheduled for Monday. Customer also requested that the water heaters be put on metal stands.
CUSTOMER STATED: toilet is hallway bathroom was not flushing TECHNICIAN NOTES: tech found that the toilet had an unknown object stuck in the throat of the toilet RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: tech used the plunger to resolve the issue. Customer stated: they had a leak in the ceiling. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking the ceiling. While on site I found the home owner had a pin hole leak on a 1/2 inch polybutylene supply line. The poly supply line was feeding the cold side faucet in the powder bathroom on the main level. Resolution: pulled pedestal sink in powder bathroom and cut holes in dry wall to expose line. After exposing the line I cut it above and below the floor and sliding a piece of pex n to make repair. After repair was made I reinstalled the pedestal sink and turned water on to test and found everything functioning properly as should. Job status: complete Job notes: please bill cc on file. And email estimates to home owner. This estimate is to repair a pin hole leak on a polybutylene supply line that is behind a pedal stools sink. We will need to remove the pedestal sink and cut out a section of dry wall to expose the pinhole.
Customer stated: powder bathroom sink has no water Technician notes: removed aerator and cleared debris. Sink is working properly at this time. Job status: complete
Customer stated: they wanted their annual water heater flushed. Tech notes: called out today to perform a water heater flush. While on site I found the 50 gallon natural gas water heater in the garage is way outside manufacturers warranty. I did not perform a flush but perform an inspection on all code required items. I found all code required items to be functioning properly as should. Resolution: completed water heater inspection to find all code required items functioning properly as should. Job status complete.

While on site I stated off at the water heater and found the water heater to be 20 years old. It is a 50 gallon natural gas unit located on a stand in the garage. The water heater is way out side of its manufacturers and has exceeded its life cycle. I ventured through out the whole home looking at every fixture and faucet to find everything functioning properly as should. Resolution: I recommend replacing the water heater in the garage. 8/1/24 Preston b. Job notes : Out today for a sold estimate with parts needed to make repairs on a 2 piece kohler toilet located in the master bathroom upstairs. After replacing piston for master toilet, I also found the fill valve to be defective as well. Made recommendations to customer on replacement but stated they would like to hold off for right now. RESOLUTION : Replaced flush valve piston for master bathroom toilet. Piston has been tested for proper functions presenting no concerns at this point in time. Toilet can be used as needed. ESTIMATE NOTES : Please forward estimate to replace fill valve in master bathroom toilet. Shawnee power was trenching in yard and hit main water line to home. We made repair with a new piece of one inch pex. Customer needs invoice emailed to him so he can send to Suwannee for reimbursement.

CUSTOMER STATED : Would like the complimentary plumbing inspection completed. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for a free visit to perform a plumbing inspection through the customers membership with us. Home is on septic system. Found a severely corroded 25AUB prv in the crawlspace, although it is still operating the homes water pressure I recommended a prv replacement to avoid a leak in the crawlspace. Customer wants estimates to replace the prv sent to her email and would like to schedule her complimentary water heater flush. RESOLUTION : Completed annual plumbing inspection. Customer states water leak in back yard Found large water spot in back yard. Irrigation system is leaking. All plumbing goes out front of house and nothing on the plumbing system is leaking. Found irrigation control valves but they do not turnoff. Informed homeowner that she needed an irrigation company out to assess the leak Job is completed.
