Customer/ Tenant States: Main level hallway bathroom has sewage backing up into the tub and toilet. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a potential backup. Upon arrival, there was standing sewage in the main level hallway bathroom tub and toilet. These are the lowest fixtures in the drain system. Suspecting a whole house back up. Had tenant move dogs from back yard to garage so I could examine further. Located a sewer clean out in the back yard. Home is on a septic system. Tenant has only lived here a year and is unsure of service records. Older home, based on layout of the land, this septic tank has not been serviced in many years. Resolution: ResiPro will need a septic company out on this job to service/ pump septic tank in order to get home flowing again. Ran sewer machine cable roughly 10ft with no obstructions giving indication that tank is full. Job Notes: Clean out located in back yard 18” off of foundation. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to ResiPro.

Customer Stated: They had a loud squealing noise coming from the shower, the toilet was not filling properly, and the shower head would not turn properly. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this bathroom is located in the upstairs guest hallway bathroom. I found that whenever the water was turned to hot it would indeed make squeaking noise. This is a older style chrome Price Pfister I let the tenant know this could be that the cartridge has gone bad, and needs to be replaced. I could not find any mechanical/plumbing issues with the toilet or the shower head. I let home owner we would need to run to HD to pick up part for repairs. Resolution: After replacing the cartridge I found that there was still a squeaking noise coming from the shower valve. I let the tenant know we would have to more than likely cut into drywall or fiber glass of shower, and install brand new shower valve in order to resolve this issue. Job Notes:**Please bill out to ResiPro for todays completed work

Showed today On site, we found problem on the tubular pipes , this is because they put a new drop sink and is to deep for the plumbing so we had to flip the trap to order to tie on the plumbing that is coming off the wall. if this happens again we have to either fix the plumbing on the wall or put a new sink that is not to deep
