Over the weekend I discovered I ha d a hot water leak. I could hear the water spraying in the wall and evidence of it showing. I contacted GA Plumbers Monday morning. They were able to make an appointment that afternoon. I was given a link with a picture and name of the person who would come. Preston arrived on time. I asked many questions and Preston answered all my questions and was genuinely kind. Preston and his assistant Melvin were careful keep the area neat as possible with the drywall cutting dust and water. The repair process was quick, Just over an hour. Both men were kind, reassuring, and informative throughout the whole process of GA Plumbers warranty of workmanship as well. I will be requesting GA Plumbers for future issues.

We had a leak in the basement and Mr. Mike Derrico and his assistant of My Georgia Plumber did an excellent job on fixing the problem. They arrived when they said they would. They were professional, friendly and the price were reasonable. Extremely happy with the end results.

Santos and team did a great job replacing our water service which was a difficult project.
Trevor did a great job installing a new pump for my basement washer. He was working with a product he did not know a lot about, he made it a point to learn what was needed to make it work ! Thanks Trevor for staying with the job! will call for tou if we have any more plumbing problems.

I was in a bind because we had our sink replaced and we had used GA plumber before for home warranty work and they were honest and charged reasonable prices. Well the plumber did a good job but he hooked up lines to sink, replaced a faucet cartridge and fixed another stoppper in a bedroom bathroom. It took 45 mins and charged me almost $800 for less than an hours work. GA Plumber charges exorbitant prices and the price of the work is not commensurate with the complexity of the work. Total ripoff. Will never use them again.
Really pleased with the work by Santos Quina. He arrived promptly and completed the installation of 4 new toilets and the repair on a fifth toilet in just a matter of hours. Was professional and courteous, and reviewed all work with me including out of scope items to get my authorization.
Really pleased with my recent experience. David and Tyler were prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. More importantly, really appreciated the fact they took the time to listen and understand our needs before walking us through options and estimated costs.
We showed today to a house due to delay in hot water in the master shower. We did change some settings in the tankless heater. It’s working properly now.
They had a leak coming from the water heater. I found the water heater is 11 years of age, outside of manufacturer's warranty. The unit is leaking internally and must be replaced.
Upon inspection found 19 year old 40 gallon AO Smith natural gas water heater leaking internally. Needed a replacement.
I found that the thermal expansion tank water heater has failed, and needed replacement. Successfully removed the existing tank, and replaced it with new tank with no issues.
Upon inspection water heater was 10 years of age, outside of manufacturer's warranty. I presented options to have this repaired through service, and the h/o elected to move forward with repairs.
Could not flush out water heater due to the age of the unit being 7 years old, customer is not interested in estimate at the moment for replacement
Completed homecare club member find that the pressure regulating valve was leaking at one point in time but it the rest of the home is in working order.
I found tub spout diverted not diverting correctly, need to replace tub spout.
The customer stated that the previous plumbing company replaced the delta cartridge 6 months ago. We found that the water pressure to the home was 120psi which is double the normal pressure and over the state requirement of below 80.
Performed whole home inspection, all plumbing was working properly at this time with no malfunctions found. Water heater has no leaks or failures at this time.
Customer States: Upstairs guest bathroom toilet will not flush. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with the upstairs guest bathroom toilet not flushing. There does not appear to be any issues with the mechanisms inside the tank. Toilet trap seems to be clogged. Resolution: Ran closet auger into toilet and cleared out stoppage. Did not pull anything back. Test flushed multiple times to ensure toilet is working as it should. Job Notes: Customers mother/ sister did not allow me to look at water heater while onsite (along with the main water line/ PRV) unable to complete full safety inspection. Customer States: Faucet in kitchen doesn’t work. Guest bathroom shower valve is hard to turn. Disposal is not working. Technician Notes: Out today to look into multiple issues. Kraus touch kitchen faucet is not flowing water. Customer told me his cousin put it in 8 months ago but didn’t install it properly, he bypassed the touch function and it isn’t flowing water out of faucet now. Main level guest bathroom Moen shower valve has a cartridge that is not spinning. Cartridge needs replaced. Disposal is not turning on. Resolution: Kitchen faucet needs replaced due to improper installation. AHS is not covering for faucet replacement. Installed a new Moen shower cartridge and reset disposal. Tested for proper function. Offered to install faucet in kitchen for customer but he said it was too much money. Job Notes: Inspection complete. Job Status: Complete. Autho: 115CBAI Estimates: Good to send.
This is a MGP service estimate to replace the quick connect gas fitting and hose for the open burners in the kitchen. Technician notes: upon inspection found leak on open burner quick connect gas supply line, supply from shut off valve to regulator will need to be replaced. technician completed whole house, plumbing evaluation to find no issues found within the home. We have Donna are a lot of work for this customer in the past and they have been maintaining the home very well.
Out today 8/24/24 Trevor J. Emergency after hours call. Customer has no hot water. Rheem tankless showing error code 11. Ignition failure. Igniter is not creating spark. Unable to get part today. Would have to be ordered on Monday. Customer wants tankless replaced with new Rinnai RXP. He needs us out Monday morning to install the new tankless or he will find someone else than can. Discussed pricing onsite with customer. Job Status: Complete for today. Estimates: Good to send.
