Plumber was not listening to me when I said it might be the gasket was not on well on the drain overflow. He almost went with the most expensive Analysis first of cutting into my dry wall Instead of unscrewing two bolts first on my drain overflow. Good thing I insisted. It was my drain overflow and that the gasket was not placed properly. Also, I told him of a slow faucet leak. He was about to pull out the whole system but I asked him to first to replace the cartridge. It was the cartridge. For each step of the process he needed to step outside to talk to his boss. And then he didn’t even take pictures correctly of the drain overflow and the cartridge so he had to take it apart and put it back on. Then he tried to charge me 180 for a diagnostic. I literally told him what the issue was and where. A diagnostic is not unscrewing 2 bolts. If he would have told me unscrewing 2 bolts would be a $180 charge, I would have declined. Don’t go with Georgia plumbers. And now I have called the office twice to dispute the charges and no one from billing has returned my call or left a message.
