Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Attic Closet):** * Replaced the 16x20x5 pleated filter with a spare provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair and clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House - Heat Pump):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor. * Confirmed electrical wiring is working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 132.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line.
