Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic/Garage): Replaced the 20x20x4 pleated filter with a spare provided by the customer. Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard): Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components, all in good working order: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Secondary Drain Pan System Checks: Return air temperature: 71.0°F. Supply air temperature: 126.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Actions:
