Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the crawl space. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. * Noted the filter size is 24X24X1; customer will replace the filter. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located in the back yard. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition and cleaned it. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the following components are working properly: Blower Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Contactor, Electrical Wiring, Heat Strip Kit. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good condition: Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, Blower Wheel. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Temperature Readings:** * Return air temperature
