Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Air Handler Assessment:** * The overall equipment condition is fair. * The air handler is located in the attic and services the east side. **Filtration Service:** * Replaced the existing filter with a new pleated 1" filter (20x20x1) provided by the customer. **Indoor Coil Inspection:** * The condition of the indoor coil is fair. Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Air Handler Inspection:** * Located the air handler in the attic, servicing the west side area. * Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. **Filtration:** * Checked the pleated 1" filter.
