Today I arrived on site and performed a summer maintenance check on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the air handler is located in the attic and services the south side. * Observed the overall condition of the equipment to be fair. * Noted the filter size is 20x20x1 and is a pleated 1" filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Verified the heat pump is located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the following components are working properly within manufacturer specifications: blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, blower run capacitor, condenser fan motor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **Component Inspection:** * Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good condition and working properly: blower wh
