Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Confirmed the indoor coil was clean. Noted filter sizes as 20x25x1 and 12x12x1. Customer has spare pleated 1" filters and will replace them. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Determined the outdoor coil was clean and in good condition. Verified the following electrical components were working within manufacturer specifications: Blower Motor Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Confirmed the following components were in good working order: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Secondary Drain Pan System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 54.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line. Cleaned out the primary drain pan and tested the safety switch.
